These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Squishy Poo Pet Waste Removal, LLC, governing the use of our services, including pet waste removal, yard labor, mowing, and any additional services offered through our website. By using our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.
Quotes and Pricing: Quotes are generally accurate; however, final pricing will be confirmed after a full inspection of the property. Any price adjustments will be communicated to the customer before services begin.
Payment Terms: Payments are processed through our client portal.
If you did not onboard through the instant quote system, an account will be created for you by a Squishy Poo representative, and login information will be sent to your email.
Within the portal, you will have access to invoices, service history, and secure payment options.
Payments are processed automatically on the 1st of each month for services scheduled during that month.
All major debit and credit cards are accepted. Cash payments may be accepted for one-time services only.
Initial Cleaning Fees: For new pet waste removal clients, if the first cleaning requires more than 30 minutes due to waste buildup, an additional one-time fee applies:
- $30 for the first 30 minutes
- $1 per minute thereafter
If the first cleaning takes 29 minutes or less, no additional fee is charged.
Standard Pet Waste Removal Time Limit: Weekly and bi-weekly pet waste removal includes up to 30 minutes of cleaning time per visit.
This is not a guaranteed 30 minutes of labor; it is the maximum time included. Once the pet waste is fully removed, the visit is considered complete.
If a cleanup exceeds 30 minutes, additional time will be billed as Yard Labor at $1 per minute, rounded up to the nearest minute.
Unused cleaning time does not convert into mowing, yard labor, or any other service.
Extra time may be required due to:
- Excessive waste
- Unreported or additional dogs
- Long grass
- Yard obstructions
- Delayed or skipped service
- Conditions that extend time on site
Yard Labor PricingYard labor is available only to active pet waste removal clients.
Yard labor is billed at $1.00 per minute with no minimum.
Tasks may include light weeding, raking, debris cleanup, and general yard help as requested.
Mowing Services: Mowing is available to active pet waste removal clients using Squishy Poo equipment only at a rate of:
- $1.25 per minute
Time is rounded up to the nearest minute.
Clients must ensure clear yard access.
If bagging is requested, all grass clippings remain on the client’s property for disposal.
Mowing is billed after the yard has been mowed and the time and been tracked, at a rate of $1.25/minute.
Unused pet waste removal time does not convert to mowing time.
If the grass is excessively tall, wet, or obstructed, additional time may be required and will be billed at the standard mowing rate.
One-Time Pet Waste Removal: One-time (non-recurring) cleanups are billed at:
- $1.25 per minute
- 20-minute minimum
Recurring weekly or bi-weekly clients are not subject to minimums on regular visits.
Urine & Odor Control Add-On: Our Turf & Cement Urine & Odor Treatment is available exclusively to recurring clients.
We use Skout’s Honor eco-friendly solution to break down stains and neutralize odors on:
- Concrete and brick
- Artificial turf
- Outdoor furniture
- Other water-safe surfaces
Pricing is provided upon request.
Pausing or Resuming Services: If services are paused for any reason, initial cleaning fees may apply before resuming service.
Payments for initial or one-time services are due upon completion.
Late Payments and Service Suspension: If payment is not received before the first cleaning of the month, services will be suspended. A $10 late fee may apply.
Monthly service fees are non-refundable. If you cancel, services may continue through the remainder of the month upon request.
Holiday and Weather Policy: If a service day falls on a major holiday, services will be skipped, and double duty performed the following week at no extra charge. Billing remains due for that period.
Services continue year-round unless conditions are unsafe. If service is missed due to weather or safety concerns, double duty will occur on the next visit.
Long Grass Surcharge – Pet Waste Removal: If the grass exceeds 6 inches, a $10 long-grass surcharge per week will be applied until the yard is properly maintained.
Clients will be notified before surcharges are added.
Travel Fee: For clients located more than 30 miles from Roseburg, Oregon, a travel fee applies at $0.70 per mile for round-trip mileage exceeding 60 miles.
Example:
38 miles one way → 76 miles round trip → 16 miles over → $11.20 fee
Scheduling and Notifications: Specific appointment times cannot be guaranteed. Services occur between 9 AM and 6 PM, and routes are optimized for efficiency.
Notifications are sent when technicians are en route.
Service days remain consistent unless communicated otherwise.
Cancellations and Service Changes: Cancellations or rescheduling must be requested at least 48 hours in advance.
Late cancellations may result in being charged the full amount for that service.
Changes to recurring service (frequency, yard location, etc.) must be made 7 days before the next billing cycle.
Referral Program: Clients receive $15 per successful referral, applied to the next billing cycle.
Maximum: 4 referrals per month ($60 credit).
Credits apply after the referred client signs up and completes one month of service.
Credits are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.
Discounts: A 10% discount is available for seniors (55+) and disabled clients on recurring subscription plans.
Yard Access and Aggressive Animals: Clients are not required to be present during service but must provide unobstructed yard access.
Dogs may remain outside if they are non-aggressive and safe to work around.
Clients must inform us of any history of aggression.
If a dangerous or unrestrained aggressive dog is present, we may reschedule once.
A second occurrence may result in permanent service cancellation.
No refunds will be issued for incomplete services caused by unsecured aggressive animals.
Data Collection and Privacy: Squishy Poo Pet Waste Removal, LLC collects, uses, and stores personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to these practices.
Service Interruptions and Unforeseen Events: We are not responsible for delays or interruptions caused by:
- Severe weather
- Natural disasters
- Equipment failure
- Staffing shortages
- Government restrictions
- Any circumstances beyond our control
Affected services will be rescheduled, but refunds are not guaranteed.
Liability and Limitation of Damages: Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
To the fullest extent permitted by Oregon law, Squishy Poo Pet Waste Removal, LLC is not liable for damages arising from service use, delays, or interruptions.
Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon.
Modification of Terms: We may modify these Terms at any time.
Changes take effect immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
