Terms of Service – Squishy Poo Pet Waste Removal, LLC
These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Squishy Poo Pet Waste Removal, LLC, governing the use of our services, including pet waste removal, yard labor, and any other services offered through our website. By using our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.
Quotes and Pricing
Quotes are generally accurate; however, final pricing will be confirmed after a full inspection of the property. Any price adjustments will be communicated to the customer before services begin.
Payment Terms
Payment is processed through our client portal. If you did not onboard through the instant quote button on our website, an account will be created for you after speaking with a Squishy Poo representative. Login information will be sent to your email. The sign-up process is simple and takes under two minutes.
Within the portal, you will have access to paid invoices, records of past services, and the ability to link your credit or debit card to our secure platform. Payments are processed on the 1st of each month for services provided during that month. All major credit and debit cards are accepted. Cash payments may be accepted for one-time services only.
Initial Cleaning Fees
For new pet waste removal clients, if the first cleaning requires more than 30 minutes due to excessive waste buildup, an additional one-time fee will apply. This fee is billed at $30 for the first 30 minutes and $1 per minute thereafter. If the first cleaning takes 29 minutes or less: No additional charge.
Yard Labor Pricing
Yard labor is available to active pet waste removal clients using the client’s own equipment. Yard labor is billed at $1.00 per minute, with a minimum charge of $20 for up to 20 minutes of service.
Urine & Odor Control Add-On
Our Turf & Cement Urine & Odor Treatment is available exclusively to recurring pet waste removal clients. This add-on uses Skout’s Honor eco-friendly solution to break down stains and neutralize odors on:
- Concrete & brick
- Artificial turf
- Outdoor furniture & upholstery
- Other water-safe surfaces
Benefits include permanent odor neutralization, discouraging future marking, and using plant-based, biodegradable ingredients. Pricing for this service will be provided upon request.
Pausing or Resuming Services
If services are paused for any reason, initial cleaning fees may apply before resuming services. Payments for initial or one-time services are due upon completion.
Late Payments and Service Suspension
If payment is not received before the first cleaning of the month, services will be suspended. A $10 late fee may be charged for payments received after the due date. Services billed for the month are non-refundable. If you choose to cancel, services will continue through the remainder of the month if desired.
Holiday and Weather Policy
If a service day falls on a major holiday, services will be skipped, and double duty will be performed the following week. Full billing remains due for that period. Services continue year-round regardless of weather, except when conditions are deemed unsafe. If service is missed due to unsafe conditions, double duty will be performed the following week without additional charges.
Long Grass Surcharge – Pet Waste Removal
To maintain the quality and efficiency of our services, additional fees may apply under the following conditions:
- Long Grass Surcharge: If the grass exceeds 6 inches in height and is not mowed before the next scheduled poo clean-up, a $10 per week surcharge will be applied until the grass is properly maintained. You will be notified of any applicable surcharges before service is performed.
Travel Fee
For clients located beyond a 30-mile radius of 3479 NW Broad Street, Roseburg, Oregon, a travel fee of $0.70 per mile applies to the round-trip distance exceeding 60 miles.
Example: If you reside 38 miles from our location, the round-trip distance is 76 miles. The travel fee would apply to the extra 16 miles beyond the initial 60 miles, resulting in a total travel fee of $11.20 per visit (16 miles × $0.70 per mile).
Scheduling and Notifications
Specific service times cannot be provided. Our routes are optimized for efficiency, and services typically occur between 9 AM and 6 PM. Notifications will be sent via text, web, or email when technicians are en route. Service days remain consistent each week. Any changes to the schedule will be communicated in advance.
Cancellation and Changes to Services
Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in being charged the full amount for the missed service. Changes to recurring services, such as frequency or location, must be requested at least seven days in advance to take effect in the following month.
Referral Program
Referral credits of $15 per successful referral will be applied to the next billing cycle. A maximum of four referrals per month is allowed, capping referral rewards at $60 per month. Credits are applied after the referred customer signs up and pays for one month of service. Referral credits cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
Discounts
A 10% discount is available for seniors (55+) and disabled customers on recurring subscription plans.
Yard Access and Aggressive Animals
Clients are not required to be present during service; however, unobstructed access to the yard is necessary. Our technicians are able to perform service with dogs present only if the dogs are non-aggressive and friendly.
If a dog has a known history of aggression or has previously bitten someone, it is the client’s responsibility to inform us prior to the start of service.
If an aggressive or dangerous dog is present in the yard during service and is not properly restrained, we may attempt to contact the client and reschedule at our discretion. If this occurs a second time, services will be permanently cancelled to ensure the safety of our staff. No refunds will be issued for missed or incomplete services due to unsecured aggressive animals.
Data Collection and Privacy
Squishy Poo Pet Waste Removal, LLC collects, uses, and shares personal data per our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the policy.
Service Interruptions and Unforeseen Events
We are not responsible for delays or interruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Severe weather conditions
- Natural disasters
- Government-mandated shutdowns
- Equipment failures
- Staffing shortages due to emergencies
If a service interruption occurs, we will reschedule or adjust services accordingly but are not obligated to issue refunds.
Liability and Limitation of Damages
Our services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free performance. To the full extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for damages arising from the use of our services.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the state of Oregon.
Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting the revised terms on our website. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the modified terms.
